Meet the immensely popular The Carling Sisters. These jazz sisters have actually been playing together since birth, but since 2022 the group has finally been playing gigs under their own name and in the format we now see them. The three original sisters Nanna, Petronella and Linnea then acquired a fourth sister; Sigrid. And the rest is just the beginning of the success story.
The music that The Carling Sisters play is deeply rooted in the heyday of trad jazz, around the 20s and 30s, which is not least reflected in their special instrumentation. All four also write their own music, which blends seamlessly into the solid catalog of jazz's finest earrings that the sisters manage.

In recent years, The Carling Sisters have made a long series of acclaimed appearances, including at the Gothenburg Classic Jazz Festival, Ångfartyget Blidösund, Klädesholmens Jazz Festival, Tureholm Castle, Kalmar Stadsfest, Jazz på Terazz, Göteborgs Kulturkalas, Knejpe Festival (DK) and in TV4's entertainment program Talang. They are also frequently hired for various types of corporate events.
The energetic gigs are characterized by the sisters' strong characters, stage presence and crystal clear musicality. The irresistibly charming sisters spread jazz, warmth and joy wherever they play, both in Sweden and abroad.
